This is the Direct Licensing Policy of Benjamin Indrisie in relation to sound recordings and music videos released under the Haggard Records label.

1. Direct licensing position

At present, I do not offer direct licences for the public performance or communication of Haggard Records sound recordings or music videos. These rights are administered through the applicable PPCA and OneMusic Australia licensing schemes.

2. Public performance licences

If you require a licence to publicly perform a Haggard Records sound recording or music video, please contact OneMusic Australia:

3. Communication licences

If you require a licence to communicate a Haggard Records sound recording or music video in a manner covered by PPCA licensing, please contact the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA):

4. Other licensing enquiries

This policy applies only to direct licensing of public performance and communication rights of the type administered by PPCA. Enquiries about uses outside that scope - for example, inclusion of a recording on a compilation or synchronisation of a recording with film, television or other audiovisual content - may be considered separately.
